Hi all We're Hiring: Sales Executive Whitefield, Bangalore Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) Experience: 37 years of relevant experience in the aerospace/aviation domain Work Hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Office-based) Interview Mode: Virtual Key Responsibilities Support Business Development Managers with sourcing and administrative tasks Manage and track sales leads efficiently Collaborate closely with the international sales team Maintain strong organizational and communication skills Our Culture We value openness, trust, and respect for each individual Employees are expected to take full ownership; the role is not micromanaged We encourage continuous personal and professional growth Every employee is seen as a partner in our mission Primary Market Focus South Africa and Emirates Expansion into India’s defense sector Strong global partnerships with ExxonMobil and leading airlines Job Purpose Solicit demand and secure profitable sales of materials/services from our line card and portfolio Prepare quotations, process Purchase Orders and Repair Orders Ensure value, compliance, and long-term customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Manage sales for personal accounts or in collaboration with global BDMs Use platforms like ILS and PartsBase to support sales processes Broker directly with suppliers or collaborate with Customer Service Specialists Adhere to commercial policies, including margins, payment, and delivery terms Process sales orders and ensure alignment with customer terms Collaborate on proposals and contracts when required Liaise with internal stakeholders (COO, Finance, Operations) to ensure deliverability Transition confirmed sales smoothly to Operations for execution Resolve customer disputes collaboratively with the sales and operations team Help develop strategies to diversify the customer base Document and qualify leads with the Business Intelligence Manager Remain the point of contact for customers during fulfilment Meet sales KPIs Support Finance in resolving payment-related issues Performance Metrics Number of New & Qualified Leads Revenue and Margin for Assigned Accounts Customer Satisfaction Ratings Quote and Order Processing Turnaround Times QMS Compliance Reporting Lines Reports to the Regional Sales Director Works closely with Business Development Managers , Shared Service Centre Manager , and Operations Team Interested Candidates: Please send your resume to thanuja@delighthr.com Subject Line: Applying for Sales Executive – Bangalore Email Body: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location:
