Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline for the company's plastic welding machines like Ultrasonic Plastic Welding, Spin Welding, Hot Plate Welding, Impulse Welding machines etc. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers. Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Plastic welding machines to potential customers Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on the optimal welding solutions for their applications Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of machinery, tools and services Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other customer-facing documents Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering. Should have good technical knowledge. 1-6 years of industrial field B2B experience in sales & marketing of capital goods(machines). Should have license and bike/car. Preferred if you've a good knowledge of plastic moulds. Excellent communication and presentation skills Existing relationships with potential customers in the automotive, medical, consumer goods, or packaging industries etc.
