Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the high-value luxury goods sector. This role is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who thrive in relationship-driven environments and are excited to work with premium products. Prior experience in the diamond industry is a plus, but not requiredwe value transferable skills and provide comprehensive onboarding. Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Identify and engage prospective clients with a focus on building trust and delivering value. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication. Prepare tailored quotations, lead negotiations, and close deals with professionalism and customer focus. Learn and apply detailed knowledge of our product offerings and market trends to confidently advise clients. Coordinate with internal teams across inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings in both domestic and international settings. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market insights. Desired Skills: Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or client servicing experience, ideally with high-value or luxury products. Proven ability to develop leads, close deals, and maintain strong customer relationships. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable managing high-stakes conversations and transactions with discretion and reliability. Quick learner, capable of understanding technical product information and evolving market dynamics. Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
