The ideal candidate is passionate and enjoys both one-on-one customer interactions and field sales. --- Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with product presentations and detailed explanations of fabrics. Conduct regular client visits to present textile collections and promote products. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions from our product range. Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up to date with the latest textile trends. Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. --- Key Requirements Proven experience in sales (experience in textiles or fashion industry is a plus). Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
