Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Ø Greet customers as they enter the dealership and assess their needs. Ø Provide expert guidance on vehicle options, including features, benefits, and pricing, based on customer preferences and requirements. Ø Conduct test drives with customers and answer questions related to the vehicle's performance and features. Ø Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or in person to close sales and meet sales goals. Ø Assist customers in completing sales contracts and documentation. Ø Work closely with the finance department to help customers secure financing options and explain payment terms. Ø Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and any other aspects of the sales transaction. Ø Upsell additional services, warranties, and accessories to enhance the customer’s purchase. Ø Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, features, promotions, and inventory in the dealership. Ø Provide demonstrations of vehicles and explain technical specifications, benefits, and uses. Ø Stay informed about new vehicle releases, upgrades, and changes in the automotive industry. Ø Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong customer base. Ø Use online tools, social media, and other platforms to generate new business and drive foot traffic to the dealership. Ø Attend networking events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to build relationships with prospective customers. Ø Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the dealership. Ø Report sales performance and provide updates to the sales manager or team lead. Ø Track customer interactions and sales activity in the dealership’s CRM system. Ø Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring an excellent experience from first contact through post-purchase support. Ø Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth. Ø Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase experience. Ø Work alongside other members of the sales team to meet dealership goals. Ø Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure that customers' needs are met before and after their purchase. Ø Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, new inventory, promotions, and customer feedback.
