As we build a strong outbound team, we are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join us in curating exceptional travel experiences for corporate groups, incentives, conferences, and short-haul/domestic destinations . Job Description- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive- MICE Process to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads from the website, selling customized travel packages, and handling corporate group inquiries . The candidate must have a strong understanding of domestic and short-haul destinations and should be skilled in curating and selling MICE & Corporate travel solutions. Key Responsibilities: Qualify and convert leads from the website and other inbound sources. Understand client requirements and propose tailor-made MICE & Corporate travel packages. Maintain thorough knowledge of domestic and short-haul destinations to recommend the best options. Handle corporate group travel requests, including itinerary planning, pricing, and negotiations. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and partners for seamless execution of packages. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling MICE packages. Ensure excellent client service and relationship management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new travel products. Requirements: Experience of 2-6 years in MICE sales, corporate travel, or a similar role. Strong understanding of domestic and short-haul destinations and MICE operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and travel booking platforms is a plus.
