The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in the architecture and design industry. Qualifications: β Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field. β Internship experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. β Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role. β Strong communication and presentation skills. Skills required: β The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey product offerings and negotiate terms with clients. β Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with clients. β Ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities β Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. β Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. β Present product offerings and services to potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. β Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. β Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials. β Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly. β Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team. β Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Experienced Required : β Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the architecture or design industry or construction industry. β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. β Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively. β Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. β Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. β Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Job Type: Full-time Pay: βΉ40,000.00 - βΉ65,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Experience: Service industry: 1 year (Required) Language: Kannada (Required) Work Location: In person
