Company : EL Nova Labs Location : On-Site (Kanpur, UP) Role Type : Full Time Experience : 0-2 year (strictly in this range only) CTC : 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA (fixed) + monthly incentives (flat 25% of sales) + recurring incentives (flat 2% of all previous sales, paid every month, on top of fixed salary) About Us : At EL Nova Labs, partnering with Microsoft for Startup Founders Hub, we are building enterprise automation systems with high availability and advanced data handling. Job Type : Target-Driven "Software Sales" (B2B) About the Role : As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to the customers over calls/emails, explaining the software product to the customers and how will they benefit from it, conducting on-site demo sessions with the customers, etc. What You'll Do : - Calling the customers on daily basis for a fixed period of the day. - Conduct demo sessions and doubt clearing sessions for the customers, they will be done at customers' site. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through diligent and persistent follow-ups. - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock attractive performance incentives. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. - Sales Aggressiveness: You have a proven ability to close deals and wont take "no" for an answer. - Target-Driven Mindset: You thrive under pressure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Persistence: You believe in following up with clients relentlessly to ensure conversions. - Hardworking Attitude: You are willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a fast-paced environment. - Confidence: You have a strong belief in your abilities and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to achieve results.
