Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a background in engineering to join our dynamic team of Abrado Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting our range of elevators, escalators, and related services. Minimum Qualifications: Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or a related field. Experience: 1-5 years in sales (Preferably in elevators, escalators, or related construction/engineering industries). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and technical sales knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, developers, architects, and facility managers. Conduct market research to generate leads and expand business opportunities. Promote and sell elevators, escalators, and maintenance services. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support. Ensure timely follow-ups and client retention to generate repeat business. 3. Technical & Product Knowledge Understand the technical aspects of elevators and escalators. Provide customized solutions based on building specifications and customer requirements. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, safety regulations, and technological advancements. 4. Tendering & Contract Management Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals. Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies. Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to align sales and execution plans. 5. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Study competitor pricing, products, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 6. Coordination with Internal Teams Collaborate with the installation, service, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in resolving post-sales issues and service-related concerns. 7. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status. Prepare periodic sales performance reports for management review. Key Skills Required: Technical Sales Expertise Understanding of elevator products and specifications. Negotiation & Closing Deals – Strong persuasion and contract management skills. Relationship Management – Ability to maintain long-term client relationships. Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication Target Orientation – Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Market & Competitor Analysis – Understanding of industry trends. Additional Preferences: Experience in Elevator, Escalator – Preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of Local Market & Clients – Advantageous for quick sales growth Proficiency in CRM & MS Office – For effective reporting and sales tracking Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
