Location: [Nungambakkam] Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Summary Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs, and identifying upselling opportunities. Ensures client satisfaction, revenue retention, and contributes to overall business growth through strategic retention initiatives and internal team coordination. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively understand and address client needs. Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews. Resolve client concerns promptly. Raise invoices and follow up on payments. Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Achieve retention goals and targets. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams. Ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and implement client retention strategies. Maintain detailed CRM records. Prepare and present retention reports. Stay up to date on industry trends.
