Job Title : Sales Executive for FG Wilson DG set.. (1010 KVA above Genser) Location: Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune or Mumbai Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and drive business growth. Preferred Skills : Experience in the Generator industry ( 10+ years experience) Negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Present and promote products or services to prospective customers. Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies. Provide feedback to management about customer needs and potential market opportunities. Requirements : Proven experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach. Good knowledge of CRM software and sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
