Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements, budget, and preferences . Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions . Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to enhance the customer experience. Identify and convert leads into successful sales while achieving individual and team targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Address customer inquiries, provide exceptional service , and ensure a seamless sales experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions . 3. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, vehicle models, and competitive offerings . Understand customer preferences and market demand to recommend suitable vehicle options . Keep track of financing and leasing options to assist customers with purchase decisions. 4. Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and after-sales support. Coordinate with marketing and finance departments to streamline customer processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field ( preferred but not mandatory ). 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive sector. Strong interest in automobiles with basic knowledge of vehicle models and features. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven approach with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer queries effectively.
