Job Title: Sales Executive Furniture Retail Location: Whitefield (7795241742), Sarjapur (8971040291), Banaswadi (8904541372), JP Nagar (9494193188) and Yelahanka New Town (7356122809) Reporting To: Store Manager Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekends Mandatory) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showroom sales, customer engagement, and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their furniture needs. Explain product features, materials, price ranges, and offers confidently. Call leads generated by the marketing team to explain product offerings and convince them to visit the store . Follow up with potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets . Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the showroom floor. Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth delivery. Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers at all times. Key Skills Required: Strong communication skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred) Excellent customer service and relationship-building Confident sales and closing skills Product knowledge (or willingness to learn) Basic computer/billing software knowledge Time management and discipline Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or direct customer sales (furniture, electronics, automobile, real estate, lifestyle, etc. preferred) Freshers with strong communication and a learning attitude can also apply PUC or Graduate degree preferred
