Key Responsibilities: Show properties to potential buyers, guiding them through the buying process, and assisting with paperwork and negotiations. Proactively initiates and engages in sales calls to new prospects within the real estate market. Assist in closing property deals by coordinating requirements and facilitating transactions. Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities. Calling potential buyers, providing basic information and arranging personal meeting with Sales Manager. Regular follow ups. Protects the organization s reputation and assets by keeping information confidential. Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategies for new services. Identifies new opportunities by analyzing market trends and understanding client property requirements. Assists in establishing annual sales goals and actively works towards achieving monthly targets. Experience Level: Associate Work Experience (years): 1 5 years Education: Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM
