Sales Executive - General Industry Division : General Industry (Automotive & Refinish Division) Location: Chandigarh Experience: 2- 6 years Key Skills: B2C Sales Channel Sales OEM Sales Technical Sales Industrial Sales Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Preferred: Chemical Engineering) or MBA with a specialization in Marketing Role & Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Mumbai region. Manage and expand relationships with key customers and partners in the B2C and B2B segments. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, focusing on target organizations listed above. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Provide market insights and feedback to the product development team. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
