Job Overview: As a Sales Executive at Greencard.inc, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about immigration solutions, and has experience in consultative sales, preferably in tech, legal, or immigration services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries. Present and pitch Greencard.incs AI-powered immigration platform to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert leads effectively. Stay up-to-date with immigration industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals. Provide client feedback to the product and development teams for continuous platform improvement. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management , preferably in immigration, legal tech, SaaS, or professional services. Strong understanding of consultative sales and ability to tailor solutions to client needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work independently. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales automation is a plus. Experience in immigration, legal services, or HR tech is a bonus but not required.
