This role is pivotal in converting qualified leads into satisfied clients by effectively communicating our value propositions and addressing potential concerns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-ticket sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients who can benefit from Growthclub Pro’s services Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries Conduct sales calls, product demos, and meetings to close deals Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients Track and report sales performance, maintaining an organized pipeline in the CRM Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in marketing, automation, or SaaS industries Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively Experience using CRM tools for managing sales pipelines Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets Compensation: Base salary + commission (details to be discussed based on experience and performance expectations) Reach out to me directly +91-9619960514 Show more Show less
