This is a full-time on-site role for Customer care & Sales Executive - Decor Retail at 'The Statement Home' in Bengaluru. The person will be responsible for retail sales, customer service, communication, sales, and relationship building in the showroom. Customer Operations include managing WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms, addressing queries, assisting customers with their decor selections, providing product information, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Sales include converting inquiries to sales, customer needs, recommend products, and implement sales strategies to boost covertions and repeat business Operations include supporting order processing and logistics coordination, especially during peak seasons. Required Skills - Excellent English communication Retail Sales and Sales skills Customer Service and Communication skills Relationship Building skills Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in decor or luxury retail sales is a plus Experience in Instagram & Shopify is a plus Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Business Administration or related field)
