Key Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical and resin industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pitching and negotiations. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales within the chemical, paints, or polymer industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
