FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY Position: Sales Executive Intern (Only Female Candidates) Location: hybrid: Jaipur Duration: 3–7 Months Stipend: Based on Interview Performance Experience Level: Entry-Level (Only Freshers) Job Overview looking for a Sales Executive Intern (Female Candidates Only) to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for motivated and enthusiastic women looking to begin their career in IT sales and business development. You’ll engage directly with clients , promote our IT services and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base. If you're passionate about sales, communication, and technology, this is your chance to gain practical experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and referrals. Identify and connect with potential clients via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Assist the sales team in pitching IT services (Web/App/Digital Marketing/CRM). Follow up on leads and manage client communications effectively. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and designers to align offerings with client expectations. Support the development of sales strategies and outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Schedule discovery calls, client meetings, and demos. Maintain and update client records and sales pipeline. Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and client documentation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Requirements Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client relationship management, basic knowledge of IT services, MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.). Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn in a remote team environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
