We’re looking for passionate Sales Executive Interns to join our team! Job Role: Sales Executive Intern • Duration: 4-month internship • Work Location: Visakhapatnam (Hybrid Mode) – 3 days work from home – 3 days field visits to colleges or schools to engage with higher management – Post-internship: Fully work from office in Visakhapatnam (no field visits, all work inoffice) Compensation • Stipend: 8,000 to 15,000 per month (based on interview performance) • Post-Internship Package: 3–5 LPA fixed package + lucrative incentives • Early Conversion: If performance impresses management and targets are met during the internship, the job will be confirmed before the internship ends with a 3–5 LPA fixed package. • Additional Benefits: – Lucrative incentives for achieving targets – Traveling charges applicable (reimbursed at the end of the month) Responsibilities • Support user acquisition, sales outreach, and marketing campaigns for premtrix.com. • Engage with higher management at colleges and schools during field visits (3 days/week). • Collaborate with the team to drive PremTriX’s growth and meet user acquisition goals. • Participate in initial training to build skills and adapt to the role. Requirements • Experience: Fresher or 1 year of experience • Skills: – Good communication and active listening – Strong presentation skills – Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint – Willingness to commute for field visits Other: Ready to work in a hybrid mode during the internship and fully in-office post internship.
