Key Responsibilities: Community Selling: Engage with local communities to introduce and sell Ion Exchanges modern living products, emphasizing water purification systems and home solutions. Direct Sales and Networking: Build and nurture relationships with local communities, local influencers, and groups to drive sales opportunities. Partnership Development: Collaborate with community leaders, institutions, and local organizations to create partnerships that promote Ion Exchange’s products within the community. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through community-driven sales activities. Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and offer in-depth knowledge to potential customers about the benefits and value of Ion Exchange products. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute local events, workshops, and product demos within communities to drive product awareness and generate sales leads. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of community engagement activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to help refine strategies and improve performance. Promotional Activities: Support marketing initiatives tailored to community selling, including local advertising, promotions, and social media engagement. After-Sales Support: Ensure customers receive the best service post-purchase, including installation guidance and troubleshooting. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for community selling or direct-to-consumer sales. Strong understanding of community-based sales strategies and local market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a community-based selling environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Desired Experience: Experience in selling consumer durables, water treatment products, or home solutions is a plus. Background in conducting community events or working in community-driven sales channels is desirable.
