Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Consumer Durable Sales: Promote and sell ZeroB water purification systems to both residential and commercial customers, emphasizing the durability and efficiency of the products. Channel Sales Management: Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, including distributors and dealers, ensuring consistent product availability and high sales performance. Distributor Sales: Work closely with distributors to understand market needs, identify growth opportunities, and push sales targets. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Provide in-depth product knowledge and conduct demonstrations to potential customers to highlight the benefits of ZeroBs consumer durable products. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business. Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities and business channels in both urban and rural markets to expand ZeroBs footprint. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance, and analyze trends to adjust strategies and maximize sales growth. Promotional Activities: Assist in executing local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and following up on installations and services. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in consumer durables or related industries. Strong understanding of distributor and channel sales processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple sales channels and territories effectively. Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
