Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B/B2C sales, a strong understanding of the agricultural or machinery sector, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities. Generate and follow up on sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and digital platforms. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about features, benefits, and usage. Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly and annual targets. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Prepare daily/weekly reports and share market insights with the sales manager. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or agricultural machinery sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
