Roles and Responsibilities Manage showroom sales, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting targets. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant jewelry items based on customer needs. Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional strategies for jewelry products. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of gems, gold, and other precious metals used in jewelry making. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse customer base.
