About the job: About the Role We're looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into successful orders by clearly communicating the value of our scrap pickup services to potential customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Call and engage with leads 2. Clearly explain ScrapUncle's services and benefits to customers 3. Understand customer concerns and convince them to place an order 4. Maintain follow-ups and track conversions 5. Meet monthly order targets and contribute to team goals What We're Looking For: 1. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English 2. Confident, polite, and persuasive personality 3. Ability to build rapport quickly over calls 4. Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus 5. We were featured and funded on Shark Tank India Season. We have completed 10,00,000 pickups in Delhi NCR and sent around 15 million kgs of junk and recyclables to recycling units. We are also the winners of the Urban Works Challenge hosted by Columbia University.
