Job Title: Sales Executive (Lead Nurturing CRM Management) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Executive (Campaign CRM Management) who will focus on executing multi-channel campaigns, managing CRM integrations, and optimizing the sales funnel to increase conversions and revenue for our SaaS product. This role requires a data-driven individual who can manage campaigns and ensure a smooth flow through the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Execution Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting potential customers. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results. CRM Integration Management Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure smooth lead nurturing and sales funnel progress. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system. Funnel Optimization Reporting Monitor the sales funnel and identify areas for improvement to increase lead-to-customer conversion rates. Generate reports on campaign performance and sales metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Key Skills Qualifications: 1 year of experience in sales campaigns, CRM management, or marketing. Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management software. Strong ability to analyze data and provide insights for campaign optimization. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
