Website: https://learnomate.org/ Designation: Sales Executive Location: Wakad (WFO) Experience: Freshers to 1 year. Working Days: Monday to Saturday. CTC: Upto 3LPA + Monthly unlimited incentives Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales. Roles and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Requirements & Qualifications: Masters or bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
