Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Mahakali Developers & Resorts Pvt Ltd., you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, working directly on the MK Technology Park project. You will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties within the project, while focusing on building strong relationships with potential clients. Job Title: Sales Executive Industry: Real Estate Company: Mahakali Developers & Resorts Pvt Ltd. Project: MK Technology Park, Mohali Location: Banur Landran Highway, Mohali Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell properties in MK Technology Park to potential buyers, investors, and business clients. Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on new leads, working to convert inquiries into sales. Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in the property selection process, answering queries, and addressing concerns. Negotiations & Closing Deals: Manage negotiations and close deals effectively while ensuring both parties' needs are met. Market Research: Keep up to date with local market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups, reporting to management regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree/ Diploma in relevant field. Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills and a keen interest in the real estate industry can also apply. Communication Negotiation Skills Customer Service Self-Motivated Familiarity with Local Market: Knowledge of real estate trends, especially in the Mohali region, is a plus. Salary & Benefits: Salary: Up to 35,000 per month, with potential incentives based on performance. Training & Development: On-the-job training provided to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
