Your key role is to connect with potential buyers, showcase luxurious homes, and close high-value deals. Building strong client relationships and providing personalized service will be essential. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors. Present and highlight premium features of luxury properties. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling. Generate leads via networking, referrals, and luxury events. Offer personalized property recommendations based on client needs. Negotiate deals efficiently and ensure a smooth buying process. Assist clients with documentation and legal formalities. Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects. Maintain accurate records using CRM software. Requirements: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in luxury real estate, high-end automobiles, or premium hospitality is preferred. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Familiarity with Punes luxury real estate market and regulations. Passion for luxury sales and customer satisfaction. Professional, well-groomed appearance. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Preferred Candidate: North Indian candidates preferred. Experience & Salary: Experience: 6-7 years in sales, preferably in luxury real estate. Freshers with strong passion for luxury sales can also apply.
