Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Staff Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Staff to join our riding accessories retail store. The ideal candidate should have a passion for motorcycles and riding accessories, along with strong sales and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting riding gear and accessories. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Maintain stock levels and ensure proper product display and merchandising. Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage billing efficiently. Address customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service. Keep up to date with the latest riding gear, accessories, and trends. Assist in inventory management and stock-taking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in riding gear, apparel, or automotive accessories. Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of riding accessories is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Customer service-oriented with a proactive sales approach. Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar industry (motorcycle accessories, riding gear, or automotive retail).
