Identify and develop new customer leads for loans and insurance products. Explain the features, benefits, and terms of loan and insurance products to prospective clients. Assess client needs and recommend suitable financial products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for loan approvals and policy issuance. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fiel d.Proven experience in sales, preferably in loans and/or insurance Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
