Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Sales, Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for assigned positions. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates. Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role and company. Prepare detailed candidate summaries and present them to hiring managers. Negotiate salary and benefits packages with successful candidates. Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering or any graduate with technical sourcing and sales experience Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in recruitment and sales. Strong understanding of the local talent market and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication in Bengali , Hindi, interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Depending on the Experience: Experience in specific industries or roles will be considered a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of success in achieving recruitment goals. Experience managing and coaching recruitment teams (for senior positions).
