Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our sales team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying opportunities, selling our products/services, and achieving sales targets. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you. Product: Catch Spices Designation: Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for sales & fill rates of the entire range of products for the assigned area Expending coverage and distribution by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework To enhance visibility & space for companies products Organizing events at store level on strategic days Customer retention a. Relationship building with customers b. Coordination for customer grievances c. Coordination for renewal of TOT agreement Responsible for outstanding recovery, credit control and follow-ups as per the company policy Collection and compilation of relevant Business & competitor information from market Training and motivating sales team Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority Any other related task assigned by reporting authority Must have knowledge: Experience in FMCG/ Food Industry Knowledge of local market Experience in Modern Trade sales Knowledge of local language of assigned area Knowledge of MS Office Desired Candidate Profile: Good in communication skills Must have min 5 Yrs experience in FMCG Sales/ Food Industry Graduation is must Age should be between 21 yrs- 34 yrs
