Job Title: Sales Executive Company: Mythri Builders Location: Bangalore Reports To: Sales Manager/Director Job Summary: Mythri Builders is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our residential and commercial properties, working closely with clients, prospects, and internal teams to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships, identifying potential clients, and promoting Mythri Builders' offerings in the market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation & Lead Management: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on leads effectively. Qualify leads and schedule property site visits and meetings. Customer Relationship Management: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions. Provide product presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, property pricing, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market conditions, and sales strategies. Collaboration & Teamwork: Coordinate with marketing, finance, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of properties and services. Attend sales meetings, product briefings, and training sessions. Documentation & Contract Management: Assist clients with the necessary documentation and legal processes involved in property sales. Maintain accurate and organized sales records. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Real estate certification or relevant sales training is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a significant advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Personal Traits: Excellent presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Other: A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for client meetings.
