Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement field sales strategies to promote Neuberg Diagnostics services. Identify and engage with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to generate business. Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to build and maintain strong relationships. Organize and participate in medical camps, events, and promotional activities. Gather market insights, analyze competitor activities, and report findings. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets. Ensure brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
