Industry : FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care Experience : 1 to 3 years of sales experience Job Overview : Otrix is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves achieving sales targets, participating in BTL activities, and managing on-ground sales operations. If you are passionate about sales, have strong negotiation skills, and are driven by results, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Execution Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in assigned territories. Actively participate in Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to drive brand visibility and sales. Retail Networking: Identify, onboard, and expand the retail network within assigned territories to ensure optimal market penetration. Foster and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing them with the necessary support and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets. Actively engage with retail partners to gather market insights, ensure proper product placement, and drive sales through effective collaborations and promotional strategies. Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Prepare sales reports for management and provide insights on market performance. Leverage data to identify opportunities for improving sales effectiveness. Collaboration Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaigns and promotional activities. Coordinate with the product team to understand offerings and relay client feedback. Key Requirements: Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Skills Attributes: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the Personal Care Beauty industry is preferred. Passionate and dedicated to achieving sales goals.
