No of Vacancy : 200 Job Summary: The Sales Executive Personal Loan Sales is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting unsecured personal loan products , and achieving sales targets. The role involves lead generation, customer assessment, loan application processing, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire potential customers for personal loans through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels . Promote personal loan offerings , highlighting features like instant approval, flexible repayment, and competitive interest rates . Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, financial intermediaries, and corporate clients for loan sourcing. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. 2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and partnerships . Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable personal loan options. Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment structures to customers. 3. Loan Application & Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications and submitting required documents. Verify KYC, income proof, salary slips, and credit score eligibility . Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for loan approvals. 4. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) Experience: 1-3 years in Personal Loan Sales. Skills: Good knowledge of personal loan products and credit policies Ability to work in a target-driven environment DIRECT CREDIT EMPLOYEEs BENEFIT POLICY Performance Bonus: Employees who achieve their targets and strictly adhere to company policies for six consecutive months will be eligible for a bonus equivalent to 15 days’ salary . If the employee continues to meet targets and comply with company policies for an additional six months, they will be entitled to an additional bonus of 15 days’ salary . Diwali Bonus: A Diwali bonus will be awarded based on employee performance and adherence to company policies . Travel Incentive: Employees who consistently achieve their targets and comply with company policies for eight consecutive months will be eligible for two travel tickets as a reward. Referral Bonus: For Executive Level (PL & BL): INR 1,000/- For Executive Level Mortgage Department: INR 2,000/- Salary-Based Referral Bonus: If the referred candidate’s salary falls between INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000 , the referral bonus will be INR 7,500 . If the referred candidate’s salary exceeds INR 1,00,000 , the referral bonus will be INR 15,000 . Note: The referral bonus will be disbursed to the referring employee only after the referred candidate successfully completes six months of employment with the company. Lunch Facility: The company will provide lunch for all employees . Weekend Offs: Effective April onwards , All Sundays, second and fourth Saturdays of each month will be designated as Week off days . Note: If a team is required to work on a Saturday to meet targets , no compensatory off will be provided. Revised Office Timings: The new office working hours will be 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM . Short Leave & Late Arrival Policy: In a month two hour, two short leave can be allowed, in case of emergency.
