Ltd. is hiring for Sales Executive (Fresher) Only For (Males) No. of openings : 1 Location : Karnal Job Requirements: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. Freshers with a passion for sales and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-driven and eager to learn and grow in the industry Prior knowledge of door and window products (preferred but not mandatory) A positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges Requires field sales and travel within the Tricity area. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through site scanning and from architects' reference. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and dealers. (details will be shared with you) Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations. Understand client requirements and provide solutions. Assist Sales managers to negotiate and to close deals to meet sales targets. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with the production and installation team to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications: Education: Graduation - BBA, B.tech/ + MBA (Preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales activities. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Please note: 1. Candidate should have his own Vehicle. 2. Should be comfortable with field sales. 3. Travel Allowance will be provided.
