Job Title: Sales Executive Experience: 1 - 5 years Location: Pragathi Nagar Reporting To: Sales Manager Industry: Real Estate Residential Projects Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 2.5 - 4.5 LPA + Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives with experience in real estate sales to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers at project sites, explaining project details, and coordinating with the corporate sales team. Sales closures will be handled by the Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: Attend and engage with walk-in customers at the project site, understanding their property requirements. Effectively communicate key project details, including pricing, payment plans, specifications, approvals, and construction status. Schedule and conduct site visits, giving customers a comprehensive tour of the property. Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and Corporate Office team for customer follow-up, documentation, and closure support. Maintain daily reports of inquiries, visits, customer interactions, and feedback. Build and maintain a database of leads generated through site visits and ensure timely follow-ups. Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships to support long-term brand value. Skills: Proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles within the real estate industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions. Fluency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi), good English is preferred. Familiarity with the local real estate market and surrounding areas is a plus Should be willing to work from the assigned project location full-time .
