Your primary responsibilities will include: Proactively generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business development. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process. Organizing and conducting property viewings for prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our developments. Negotiating terms and closing sales deals in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in presales or property development. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
