About Us: Scent Factory is a specialty fragrance retail outlet under the SABCO Group of Enterprises, located at the heart of Thrissur on RS Road. We offer a curated selection of premium perfumes and personal fragrances to discerning customers seeking quality and elegance. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and recommendations. Build product knowledge to effectively promote fragrances and answer customer queries. Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization. Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities. Maintain customer engagement and develop rapport to encourage repeat business. Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and sales targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma . Prior experience in retail sales (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or fragrance) is an advantage. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality. Availability to work in flexible shifts (especially evening and weekends). Local Candidates are preferred. Shift Details: Day Shift: 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM Second Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Candidates may indicate shift preference during application.)
