Job Title: Sales Executive (Sales & Marketing) Work Days: 5 Days Working Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Qualification: Undergraduate & Graduate Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon, Haryana Salary: Up to ₹29,000 CTC + Performance Incentives Requirement: Absolutely Fluent in English Communication Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Roles & Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, or in-person meetings to promote company products/services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post-sale service.
