Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving company targets through proactive communication and market knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with walk-in customers and prospects in a professional manner. Generate sales leads through various channels such as calls, online inquiries, and referrals. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and client meetings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and timely delivery. Requirements: Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0–3 years in sales or customer service (industry-specific experience preferred). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.).
