Job Summary: DriveX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in bike sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles, a strong sales background, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Activities: Actively engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences. Demonstrate the features and benefits of various bike models to customers. Close sales by guiding customers through the purchase process, including financing options and warranty details. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest bike models, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Provide customers with detailed information about bike specifications, pricing, and promotions.| Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Promotional Activities: Participate in sales events, bike shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets. Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to improve sales strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or motorcycle industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. A passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of bike models and specifications.
