Job Title: Sales Executive – Surgicals and Instruments Location: Tamil Nadu (Chennai preferred; frequent travel within the region) Reporting To: Management Company: Trans Health Care India Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales executive to lead and grow our business in the Tamil Nadu region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device company & a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets, and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Drive regional sales targets in alignment with national sales goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence. Identify key growth opportunities in hospitals, corporate hospitals and healthcare institutions. Gather and report insights on market trends, competition, and customer behavior. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor region-specific campaigns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and distributors. Ensure timely service delivery and support to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Business. 2+years of experience in healthcare/medical device/instruments sales. Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written). Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
