Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing property sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Present, promote, and sell real estate projects (plots, flats, row houses, etc.). Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective clients. Provide clients with accurate information about property specifications, legal documentation, and pricing. Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain CRM and client records for follow-up and post-sale support. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events. Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
