Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive for one of our client based out in Mumbai. As the primary point of contact for institutional clients, turf companies, and local sports shops, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, and managing orders to ensure our products reach the right customers. You ll play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth in the local sports community. Key Responsibilities: Field Sales Relationship Building: Actively visit local sports institutions, turf companies, and sports shops to introduce and promote our high-performance gear. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Order Management: Coordinate and manage orders from local sports shops and institutions, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Serve as the point of contact for all order-related queries and support. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within the local market, including turf companies, schools, colleges, sports clubs, and retail outlets. Proactively reach out to potential clients and increase brand visibility. Product Knowledge Promotion: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings, effectively communicate their benefits to customers, and highlight how they can enhance athletic performance. Sales Reporting : Regularly report on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights to help inform future strategies and product offerings. Customer Support Feedback: Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, address any issues, and gather feedback to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and products are delivered as per customer expectations. Qualifications Skills: 1-3 years of experience in B2B or retail sales, preferably in the sports, fitness, or consumer goods sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sports and a good understanding of sports gear. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
