"We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS and inbound sales to join our team in Mohali. This role is pivotal in qualifying, nurturing, and converting inbound leads through the full sales cycle. You will develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience in building or leading a small sales team. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience building or leading a small sales team, including recruitment, onboarding and performance management. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to handle objections and negotiate complex contracts. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches. Experience selling into SaaS space. Understanding of SaaS pricing structures and contract terms. Responsibilities":" Qualify, nurture and convert inbound leads through the full sales cycle: discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, closing and hand-off to Customer Success. Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, providing weekly and monthly forecasts. Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Engineering to share customer feedback, refine our value proposition and inform go-to-market strategy. Recruit, train and mentor junior sales representatives; establish performance metrics, conduct regular reviews and disseminate best practices.
