Job Title: Sales Executive Travel & Tourism Location: Shiv mandir [ Siliguri ] Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales of domestic and international travel packages, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective communication. This role requires a passion for travel, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to individual and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling , networking, referrals, and online inquiries. Understand client needs and tailor travel packages that suit preferences and budgets. Prepare customized itineraries , quotations, and presentations for clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets . Maintain strong post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Keep updated with industry trends , travel regulations, and destination knowledge. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools . Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and travel events to represent the company and grow the client base. Qualifications & Skills: In-depth knowledge of travel destinations , packages, and booking systems. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and communication skills . Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Passion for travel and customer service excellence.
